Ernest Oppong Nkansah pays working visit to TIENS Wa Team. In what seems to be a novel activity, Hon Ernest Oppong Nkansah, a Bronze Lion Executive of the TIENS Group has paid a working visit to the TIENS Team in Wa.
Deputizing as the second in command for the Visionary Team in Kumasi, a vibrant team of the global multinational multi-level marketing company, Mr Oppong Nkansah began the working visit to teams in Obuasi, Sunyani, Accra before touching down in Wa.
His visit was characterized by a massive and rousing attendance as many trooped to the TIENS office to catch a glimpse and to also listen to the rising entrepreneur in the multi level marketing industry.
As the most misunderstood industry on the globe, it takes time for people to get to appreciate the gains in network marketing, therefore when one makes it a choice, it gets intriguing for those who are watching from the outside. Bracing the storms and against all odds, the young entrepreneur has taken the business a step further by ensuring that teams are created across the country and these teams live to see the light of day.
It is not common for leaders in the industry to leave their comfort zone to embark on such journeys. For most of the current and emerging leaders, they would build their teams, stay at one place and be home to roost. Once their income begins to hit the enviable six digit income, and then they start to go globe trotting, most of their work center on the team base.

This is the reason why Mr Oppong Nksansah’s approach is novel and ought to be celebrated.
Speaking to the teaming crowd, he elaborated on his entrance into the industry, and enumerated his gains. Top among them was how he has always dreamed of being a real estate mongol. This dream seemed very far away considering the fact that he comes from a humble background of a home where making ends meet was difficult. Secondly, life after the university met a disappointment as his hope of being employed at his National Service station came to a crushing end after the service ended.
What worsened matters was how he followed a politician to campaign, hoping he would receive some favor as one good turn deserves another. All these did not work.
After the numerous attempts to “make it” he had to settle for a pupil teaching job in a private school which paid a salary that could only feed him for a few days.
With the introduction to TIENS, life seemed to have smiled at him as he saw his utmost desire coming into fruition. The multiple car award winner and international travel award winner encouraged attendants to his visit in Wa to not give up and be serious with the company’s modules.
He ended by telling the audience, “if you are ready to work, we are ready to support you” and that “when TIENS promises, it delivers”
He continued his journey from Wa to Kumasi where he hoped to continue to build his team members to become more successful that him.
Asked about his vision for the team before his departure from Wa, the enthusiastic entrepreneur said, “we are aiming at raising 20 new Bronze Lion Executives in less than ten years within the Visionary Team. This is a dream that will also see us raining a lot of car awardees within the team come a few years time.
