Hon Ernest Oppong Nkansah visits TIENS Headquarters. For most distributors of the TIENS Group, a visit to the headquarters of the company is a dream of a lifetime. Therefore when this opportunity of a lifetime was announced that Hon Oppong Nkansah would be at the 2024 Carnival and Festival celebration, and would be representing Ghana, it was received with joy and jubilation at the Kumasi office where office, where he is a co-founder of the Visionary team.

The Visionary Team is arguably the most vibrant and most active TIEN team originating from the Ashanti regional capital and spreading its tentacles throughout the country. Let by the Honorable Ernest Oppong Nkansah, the team now has active offices in places like Sunyani, Wa, Tepa, Bechem, Techiman, Kronom Afrancho and still counting.

The trip to China began on the first day of August 2024 and ended on the eight day of August 2024. During his trip to China, Honorable Oppong Nkansah visited the manufacturing hub of the global giant. He was at the magnificant TIENS university, visited the glamours Tijisun health centre of excellence and number of historic sites.

This trip also afforded him the opportunity to interact with other great leaders of the company from other parts of the world while brokering collaborative deals that would inure to the benefit of the Ghana Tiens distributor community.

The Honorable looks forward to achieving more expoloits as he seeks to lead a host of his team members to the coming trip to Dubai, China and also ensure that a number of his team members become awardees of the luxurious car award given by the company.

After about seven years in the company, he has successfully produced several great leaders who have emerged as car awardees, bronze lion executives, city level lecturers and national level lecturers.

With a wild target of achieving 200 bronze lion executives in the next five years from Dr Ademan Tetteh, who is the leader of an umbrella team within which the Visionary team finds itself, it is expected that the Visionary Team will clave a niche for itself through the able leadership of its founder, the Honorable Prince Kofi Boadi, himself a Bronze Lion executive and Honorable Oppong Nkansah.

It is expected that this trip would be a boost to catapult the team in terms of sales, trainings, upgrades and a desire to succeed in the business. Haven emerged as one of top markets in Ghana, the Kumasi team which birthed the Visionary Team aims to increase sales by up to fifty (50%) within the next three years.
