And this is the goal and ultimate of everyone who takes the TIENS business as a career and for that matter, anyone who takes on the MLM career as a profession. Your goal is to reach that point where you receive referrals from all over.
This only happens as you sell the opportunities to people all over the globe.
The problem of unemployment is not going away anytime soon.
The issue of people’s salaries not being enough for them is also certainly not going away anytime soon. What this means is that, there are many people out there who need to come into contact with the TIENS opportunity to change the narrative of their lives. These people can only find the opportunity of TIENS if someone tells them.
I have already written to state that, it is best to target consumers, as you get them, you will meet those who will become awesome entrepreneurs and then you introduce the business the them. Sell the opportunities to people through all the various means that you ever know.
In Ghana, we use a lot of means to do prospecting, invitation and presentation.
We paste posters in town for people to call and be invited, we share flyers, we invite people by word of mouth and social media.
There are times when the mass media is also used. The bottom line is that, you ought to present the wonderful opportunity of TIENS to others, let them see it, and then guide them to walk through the system and see the system change their lives. As this works, they themselves will bring the referrals.
Referrals come in two fold, viz; business and health. The health aspect has to do with people who come in as comsumers. These consumers eventually become loyal and consistent. As they see the need to use products to supplement their food, you are in business.
The second fold are those who come in to pursue the TIENS business as their sole career and make this a life long journey. This second group are those who can make the team take on a mass group format. You need them in a crucial manner. These also have to see the opportunity in the business. But until it is told them, and properly explained to them, they never get to know.
Therefore, have this at the back of your mind. Anytime you are approaching someone, approach them with the mentality to selling an opportunity to them. Once the see it as an opportunity, you will not need to be the one prompting them to come for training. You will not need to prompt them before they serve letters.
