Visionary Team Kumasi begins 2025 with massive upgrades. The TIENS Group Visionary Team led by Hon Prince Kofi Boadi and Hon Ernest Oppong Nkansah have recorded massive upgrades to usher in the year 2025.
The massive upgrades which has propelled the team’s resolve to capture the commanding heights of the TIENS business and by extension, the network marketing business in Ghana resulted in an eventual birth a new Bronze Lion Executive.
Mr. Felix Ayikrong is new 7 Star distributor who emerged from the Wa enclave. Haven tasted the company as a “tea vendor” he formerly used to boil the Antilipemic Tea and roam with it within the Wa market for years. After practicing the sales and making some good income, he got into the private school business and today has one of the bubbling and fast growing private schools in the municipality called the Freedom Academy.
Mr. Ayikrong viewed the exploits of the TIENS Visionary Team from a distance and decided to get back into the business, this time round, with a dream to building a team and making enough sales to ascend the Bronze Lion Executive position.
This was not going to come easy as Wa is 12 hours drive from Kumasi and even much further from Accra, the national capital. The Visionary Team however did not hesitate to welcome him into their fold. With the volatile nature of the industry, a team in such a place will only thrive when it has formal structures to hold members together.
This would not come easy, however, bracing the odds and biting the bullet, he rented and equipped an office facility for training purposes where a team can be nurtured. Seeing his effort, Honorable Ernest Oppong Nkansah assigned one of his able underlings, a fast rising minion in the person of Mr. Sylvanus Gatorwu, with whom the Sunyani market was restarted. From a humble beginning of one serious registered person, the team grew in numbers and sales and on January 28, Mr. ascended the rank of a 7 Star Distributor.
Mr. Sylvanus Gatorwu joined the business in the dying moments of 2020, having put his media career on hold, and ended his NGO management work with the Matthew 25 House in Koforidua, he entered Kumasi to present a book review for Dr. Elliot Koranteng Tannor, the renown Kidney Specialist in Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, he was looking for new opportunities for business to explore.
The Former Head of Communications for the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management and Theologian, who now leads kidney health advocacy for the Kidney Health International got introduced to the business by one of the finest trainers, Master Michael Afrifa Boakye. Mr. Gatorwu said yes to the business and jumped in with a lot of vigor. After actively working with the Kumasi office, Mr. Gatorwu who was instrumental in the establishment of the Sunyani market, agreed to joint start the Wa Team and through hard work ascended to the rank of 8 Star Distributor.
Mr. Benjamin Senyo, epitomizes what persistence is. His unyielding ability and never giving up attitude is only symptomatic of someone who is ready to push one mission until it is achieved.
Coming from the old breed of distributors in Sunyani with over a decade of experience beneath his sleeves, Mr. Senyo has led his business partners in a novel way, showing concern and hitting the ground all the time. Through extraordinary work and resilience, this gem of an entrepreneur who had to restart all over again after several attemps.
Mr. Senyo currently has business partners all over the country and beyond. He has currently in January 2025 ascended the enviable commanding rank of a Bronze Lion Executive, and by default has become a recognized share holder of TIENS Global and a leader of the company.
With these upgrades, the Visionary Team Kumasi, is poised to join the target of raising 200 Bronze Lion Executives within five years.
It is worth noting that the Honorable Ernest Oppong Nkansah’s role in these upgrades has been phenomenal, travelling all the way up North and monitoring the various teams to ensure that work goes on smoothly within the various sattelite offices of the team.
